It is quite a light body lotion, white in colour and with the barest hint of shea butter residue. The skin on my body is constantly dry so I need a good moisturiser to help my skin stay nice and soft. I love this lotion as it just does such a great job of restoring moisture and saving my skin from dryness and dehydration.

It's a little thick and it's easily spread. Good for itchy skin as well, my skin getting very itchy after showers, baths but after using this my skin doesn't feel as itchy as it was before. I'd say it provides maybe 24 hours of light moisturisation on my dry skin. Absorbs in and doesn't really leave a gross film on top. It is a thick, white cream that spreads on the skin easily, dries down within minutes to a non-sticky finish and feels very lightweight on the skin, as described on the packaging.

The packaging is effective and the moisturiser comes out easily when squeezed as its a creamy texture. Soothing and restoring Body Lotion. The body lotion comforts, protects and restores sensitive, dry skin for 48 hours. For that reason, I prefer the body butter which is heavier and richer but leaves my skin feeling moisturised for longer. Having used and loved the body butter from the same range, I thought I would try the body lotion as it is in a more convenient-to-use squeeze tube. 
2022 Nedysia. The Almond Milk and Honey range has to be one of my all time favourites at The Body Shop and the Soothing and Restoring Body Lotion is also a winning product. Right off the bat, the mild sweet scent of this range makes it a delight to use. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. It's also super affordable and doesn't break the bank.
