Starwalker was launched in 2005. Montblanc Starwalker is like that quiet dependable friend. This is a combination of amber,spices, resins and something weird in a very good way that I think is the bamboo note that gives it a unique character. I dont get similarity with Versace Eau Fraiche at all. 
No. Definitely one of my favorites. It DOES smell very similar to Versace eau Fraische, but where the Versace features star fruit, Montblanc showcases bamboo. Second, all I got was citrus from beginning to end on my skin. Light, woody, and inoffensive. I love this scent! After 2 minutes the sandalwood and cedar are noticeable, giving the fragrance its freshness and elegance. I suck ar describing smells but it just smells amazing trust me, for me tho it becomes a skin scent within an hr or 2 which sucks, If you want to smell good for an attractive lady then give this a shot. The longevity is not at all as poor as some say in my opinion. Solid fragrance for anyone, man or woman. There are much better smelling colognes with better performance out there at this price point. One of Mont Blanc's best! A must have in your arsenal. This will not offend anyone at all. Not worth the purchase. A perfume that is not strong to the nose but gives you a fresh punch. I was hoping the bamboo note would be interesting but Starwalker smells like your every day mid grade synthetic fragrance. Shortly after spraying I get a light and rather interesting burned rubber sort of smell from it. The bamboo note is very soothing and naturalit smells wet and green. The bamboo and sandalwood in this is really handsome and elegant. This is one of the best fresh fragrances you can get. It's not in this fragrance. The most detectable notes upon opening are bamboo, citrus, and some spices, although they are very shy. This fragrance in my opinion has similar notes to those two, but also slightly different. Starwalker opens with a sweet bamboo and citrus before settling into an airy mandarin heavy fresh scent. Its very light, so if you want something that people will notice look elsewhere. Uniquely fresh and clean, the bamboo note is very different to anything else I have smelled. 
I love it. I bought it for the first time a couple of days ago,reading,watching all great reviews,and indeed,it is a very beautiful,crowdpleasing scent,that somehow brings me that 15 years ago,when it was released.I somehow imagine,that i smelled it somewhere back then.Olfactive memory,definitely.Its nothing groundbreaking,not your Malle or Amouage,its just clean,fresh smell,dumb reach in a most positive way.It was a blind buy for me,but i dont regret a second spending my money on this beauty.Agewise,could be for more younger crowd,but from time to time(not always),I want to put something something playful,to lift me up:)I would say its a blind buy worty.Women will like to smell this on me(or anyone else),thats for sure. It smells like Hugo Boss Energise for men. I purchased it immediately excited to try since I found this original Starwalker while poor projection and longevity, its an inoffensive nice close-to-skin scent good enough for office & daywear. Starwalker EDT is already cheap. Another positive aspect is that this is a unique smelling designer fragrance - no doubt! This is perfect for the spring and summer and I really enjoy it and I'm so happy that I have it in my collection. Longevity and sillage are average, but it's so cheap you can spray away if you really want to. Starwalker by Montblanc is a Woody Spicy fragrance for men. A perfect scent for any occasion but rocking this in the summer is surreal. The longevity is AMAZING. 
A definite masterpiece for all seasons. I have a feeling some reviewers haven't waited through the entire fragrance experience. Beast mode? I can name dozens that people rave about that are synthetic. A mysterious, sweet & sensual scent. Great inexpensive choice for daily use. This is a huge reason Mont Blanc is one of my favorite houses. It's pretty good. I just scored a backup bottle for $20 at Burlington. Automatically I established an emotional connection with this fragrance after the first sniff since it truly represents my personality. Uncomplicated, simple, fresh and clean. Once dried down, the fragrance becomes a mild shower gel kind of fragrance, a skin scent, not strong at all, also brings to mind what could be the smell of some soft cremes. I'm a big fan of bergamot as a top note so I was naturally attracted to it. The following is a clean, fresh, musky and pleasant scent which lasts the duration of the wear. This fragrance gives me a nice clean fresh and Soapy vibe, sort of like leaving the barbershop. I blind bought this, and smelling it from me one of my colleague bought two for himself. Perfect description. Nothing that stands out or sets it apart. I own all three. Bought me a bottle and I have been using it for layering with Versace Fraiche, Sauvage, light blue intense, goo etcyou do have to spray alot but I dont mind. Starwalker is very woody as well, but it has more citrus to balance it out. 
Decent longevity (8-10 hours) and moderate sillage, a must have for fresh spicy lovers. It's soft and chill and a great blind buy for someone who wears perfume to the office, or school (teacher, student) or after gym. Seems to last about four hours on my skin and remains potent on fabric for twenty-four hours and beyond without discoloration. The performance is very moderate and linear. You can't hate this. Versace Man eau Fraiche and Dunhill Desire are definitely more sweet than Starwalker. This is only a skin scent right from the beginning. Admittedly, I don't know much about scents and this is my first review. Great fragrance for Office Job or casual days. This is a light, watery, green scent to my nose that smells a lot like just washed laundry or that damp smell from an air conditioner or, even, the ozonic scent you get from a Xerox machine. Well done on the uniqueness and price point. In the tropical Southeast Asian country where I come from, we harvest bamboo trees usually after rain. The mandarin is perceptible. The opening of Versace Eau Fraiche is IDENTICAL to Starwalker. 
Longevity it trash tho, so rape that trigger if you want anyone to notice you for longer than 1 hour. It is a little powdery at first but I really dig it and nobody I know wears Montblanc. It is truly fresh and citrus, but it just isn't a nice type of citrus. A generic safe fragance with a good touch of bamboo. Fresh and juicy scent perfect for summer. Yes, this reminds me of pencils, freshly shaved ones. It's opening reminds me of Abercrombie fierce in alot of ways. This scent is fresh, clean, and office safe. I actually complimented a guy wearing this in a bar a few weeks ago. This one is so relaxing. This can be worn any day , any time and is non offensive. Starwalker has a vintage 90s freshness to it that works well, the only issue is the performance is seriously lacking. One of the freshest green scents out there. One reviewer perfectly summed up the smell of this as sharpening a pencil in an orange. This really is a lovely fresh classy fragrance. I sprayed 10 times to try and offend. You would need to wear a bucketload to keep that lovely aroma around, but that would defeat the object, it's not what this formulation is about. It smells cute if you ask me but in a good way. Marissa Zappas Announces A New Collection + A Giveaway! Mont Blanc Starwalker is a highly slept on. It deserve more than this. The scent is classy and not aggressive. Definitely an inoffensive smell in my opinion and would work well in a small, tight area (at school or the office). Starwalker is really gorgeous. Spray it on.and 2-3 hours later it's gone. Having owned and used this fragrance heavily for nearly a year, I can say that I was expecting more from this fragrance. I can't escape the thought of this one being somewhat dressy and formal. Second: The fragrance is beautiful, fresh and elegant. It should tell you something. This is what you want in a hot heavy humid weather. To me this smells like tranquility,gorgeous yet. Not recomended and will not be repurchasing. Sillage is moderate at best with the best projection coming in the first hour, and it lasts about 4-5 hours. Stayed a skin scent basically the whole time. The price is great, so itd also be a very safe blindbuy. I'm actually not a fan of monstrous ones like that anyway, personal bubble performance at most is my preference as I don't want to be the jerk assaulting everyone's olfactory senses. 
Great for hotter summer days or spring time and this is truly incredible for its price. Sprayed over 25 times throughout the day. I like it. Begins off fresh and citrusy soon after followed by a spicy note which only lasts a few minutes. As you might expect, the scent doesn't last all day or cause swooning from across the room. The bamboo gives this fragrance such a beautiful, mysterious/ethereal quality that is truly unique (at least to my nose). It's very odd to my nose. Not a bad scent at all. No. I'm not sure. I dont get the reviews saying the longevity is poor, i sprayed it on my arms and it lasted for hours and the projection is also decent, albeit not excellent. But I think that during the summer that detail can be overlooked. I pick up the green bamboo, ginger, cedar, sandalwood, musk, and amber. Sporty, manly and mass appealing. Performance isn't that great but can always reapply it over again. This is NOT aquatic, and smells nothing like AdG. The only downfall is the week sillage and does not last that long. sometimes feels like its not even there. After 8 hours it's still going strong. I bought this on a whim when I was buying a family member a Montblanc pen for Christmas last year. If you need a smell to try to reproduce spring morning freshness then Montblanc Starwalker could be probably one of the closest attempt. Definitely worth it! This stuff is great! I ordered this fragrance after hearing several positive reviews about it from friends with noses I trust. Great for day time and casual wear. A TRULY WAR HORSE, WEARABLE ANY TIME AT ANY SEASON, NICE AROMA, AVERAGE SILLAGE AND LONGEVITY. Would work great all year round but probably best in summer and high heat situations. The nose behind this fragrance is Michel Almairac. Smells nothing like them to me. Don't get caught up in the hype it's nothing special. Very nice fragrance. It's always nice to have a few freshies that are pleasant and inoffensive to dumb reach in the summer heat. I've tried to find this and if you wanted to go that route with a description, many fragrances could be compared to a car freshener. Although its opening is fresh, elegant and pleasant, the fragrance has one of the worst projections out there, it sits very close to the skin. Sillage sits tight to my body unless it's humid, but longevity is good with 4+ hours of decent dry down. The bamboo is amazing, definitely my favorite from Mont Blanc. Is it weird that I actually would love to smell this on my girlfriend? Nice scent. The orange is there too, but more soft. It stand 12 hours plus on my body upon spray & an arm sillage. Are we all gonna ignore that Starwalker Extreme exists and started to appear in discount stores??? $20 for 50ml of solid juice. 
I think it would be better with the fir resin a little toned down, instead of dominating some of the other notes so much (at least on my skin). Happy times. To me it's not a "must-own" fragrance. Opens with vibrant, mildly sweet citrus, then warms up slightly and develops a soft woody, masculine character. Wonderful fragrance especially for the price point- the only issue is that it becomes a skin scent after 10 minutes. 
I dont care if its synthetic because it smells so good. I reminds me of being in a high end department store in the late 90's and being fitted for a $500+ suit. Wearing it in the office today, 10 Jun 2019. The use of bamboo ( Bansh in Bengal) in this cologne has given it special feature which is really is very nice, soothing and gentle. Opening was very similar to versace man eau fraiche while dry down pretty similar to versace ph. Starwalker aftershave is the same as the EDT with minor differences. Just fabulous! Gonna have to pass on this one. It is a Wonderful Fresh Fragrance, Light, Clean and Bright with Unique Bamboo note. Legend night and Individuel are ok tho albeit cheapies. The notes are basically what are described, but the smell is paradoxically unique. It would be a nice office fragranceif it had some longevity. A Very,very office friendly perfume. What a perfume!. Remove the graphite and put bamboo notes instead, soften the intensity and Lalique White becomes Montblanc Starwalker. To me, this smells like you are out on a foggy, spring night on top of a hill covered in flower blossoms. Its nice for a cheapie. The mandarin note reminds me of Satsuma from Stirling Soap Company but with the added bamboo and dash of woody spice hiding in the dry down. Starwalker doesn't project at all, doesn't last longer than an hour, and is only useful for the gym. But it smells like a cheap synthetic also. Smells like new clothes or new shoes. After 5 mins the fragrance has reached is full dry-down leaving behind a combination of mostly bamboo and sandalwood equally balanced some cedar and citrus notes in the far back. Fleeting almost like how Chanel fragrances are. To me Starwalker is the best of the Mont Blanc collection. The heat makes this fragrance shine much more. Been wearing this for 10 years and although hard to find it is savored in my collection, not because it's expensive, because it smells sophisticated and my brain auto assumes it's expensive because of that lol. The smell makes me think of a clean office with the air conditioner on full blast. This fragrance is right up my alley because I love fresh spicy scents. The latest bottle seems to have more of a citrus smell? Not great but not horrible. Always a keeper. Love the crisp fresh smell, it reminded me a little to ckone back in the 90's with a pair of whased out jeans and a white t shirt on a sunday. It is ok and inoffensive to my nose, but nothing mind blowing. Its just a more masculine and woodier version of Radiant Nectar. The subtle fragrances can be very alluring. I bought it for my husband to see if he liked it, but he's an easy-going guy. Besides the bamboo there is this peppery smell to balance thar just find it so appealing. Unfortunately Starwalker Extreme is NOT AT ALL similar to the originals bamboo citrus scent.
