It feels lightweight and it has a very lovely finish, not greasy at all. I NEVER break out unless there's a combo of factors - sweating, on my period, dirty makeup sponges, touching my face during the day etc. You cant feel it all, texture is so pleasant. I love the fact that this is a clean sunscreen I'm applying on my skin. The cast disappears super quickly when you rub it in (in seconds, not minutes), it feels hydrating and stays ever so slightly tacky (which I love because it doesn't feel like my skin is tightening and acts as a primer for makeup), and doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes and skins (I can only use mineral sunscreens around my eyes because they are so sensitive). It's a great addition to my sunscreen collection. Yes this can leave a white cast but I don't care. In a consumer perception study with 181 participants, after blending in, after 1 week of use: 91% said this product does not leave streaks. I could tell immediately that this was going to happen because of the consistency of the product. It's kind of strange actually. By sheer definition an SPF has oil in it so a sun screen or moisturizer with SPF is greasy. This is the best sunscreen I've ever used! Love that is fragrance-free!! I have very greasy/oily skin, and I'm 67 and I was not in any way greasy or oily. My skin also looks pretty shiny and a little bit oily but once fully absorbed, it's not so bad. After learning more about the downsides of chemical sunscreens, I've been trying to switch to mineral. I have no issues with sunburn but we are also moving into colder weather now. We took to the Virgin Islands and it held up. With any mineral sunscreen, you have to really rub it in more than traditional sunscreen. It's rectangular, hard plastic that is not squeezable. It's very thick and needs to be really worked into the skin, and it almost has this grittyness to it. Where this one excels is that it truly does rub in all the way, and it doesn't clump and gather in blotches like some others. I'm totally going to have this as a regular sunscreen for every day use. But again, every says they can't tell. I'm beginning to run low and will buy again. For US only. Wears nicely under makeup. The formula is a type that will leave a white cast if you don't rub it in enough and it is scented (I don't find it objectionable but others may), yet the scent dissipates but the sunscreen stays put, with low transfer and without making skin feel greasy or dried out. And I don't know how it claims to last 80 minutes in water, because the instant I got wet at all, it seemed to rinse right off. I have tan skin and this doesn't leave much of a white cast. It left a thick purple cast (not even a white cast), a purple cast on my face. This breakout was ALL over my face indicating it was a product reaction. Now that I'm in my mid 30s I've become very conscious of the care my skin needs, especially when out in the sun. I've been on a search for a mineral sunscreen that A) doesn't burn my eyes, B) doesn't leave a crazy white cast (I have fair skin), C) is comfortable to wear and reapply all day (I have dry skin), D) wears well under make up, and E) doesn't break the bank. Reapply as necessary to stay protected (all day). It glides on smoothly and doesn't leave any weird texture or greasiness on my face. I'm buying another for sure. This zinc sunscreen sinks into my skin quickly and plays nice with my foundation. It does rub in well though and the only place I feel like it's noticeable is my legs. It has a bit of a greasy texture when first apply but it dries matte. THIS IS A FANTASTIC TRULY NON OILY sunscreen to use alone or over your non SPF oily skin moisturizer. A lot smaller than I expected but it works so well, Smell: 3/5 Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
