As far as I know, the Illuminating Oil has been sold out at the Chanel beauty boutique at Britomart and they are not available at Smith & Caugheys. However, my SA did tell me they are launching the new Les Beiges Summer 2022 makeup collection which are the new oversize bronzing powders as well as 2 new shades of their famous bronzing cream.

I havent experienced any hard pan issues (like you might with the original matte ones) and its softer in texture compared to the luminous glow ones (ones with the embossed horizontal stripes). 
I would definitely get this again if I have the choice and if it comes without shimmer, I would still 100% get it. Or on the legs too!
