Everyone is great and we are so happy to call this, home.. They include several different utilities with the rent and they make living there very easy. 
I would see maintenance out and about daily ensuring the property was up to par. Over 70,000 businesses use Birdeye everyday to get more reviews and manage all customer feedback. Other than size everything is great! Not to mention, the fitness room was great and within walking distance of any apartment. Me and my husband absolutely love University Mall apartments, we moved here in June and it's better then alot of places that we have stayed at.

The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. I have only used my heat once or twice so far this winter, as it rarely gets cold. We have really enjoyed our time here. 
University Mall and Walnut Street Apartments has 3 shopping centers within 1.6 miles, which is about a 30-minute walk. This would be a great starter apartment or for a college student.

You pay electric costs through Ameren. Last but certainly not least, the property manager, Kacie, is one of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever dealt with in terms of rentals! Walk Score measures the walkability of any address. Yes. the aparmtents are newly remodeled and look.
My boyfriend and I love living here!!! They very kind people and will do anything needed to make you stay comfortable. There are no reviews for this property. Management is great here!! And within blocks of The Pinch Penny, WalMart, Kroger, AMC Theater, Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, The Copper Dragon, Don Taco, Lowes,the list goes on and on!! I was in a one bedroom with a pet and girlfriend (majority of the time) and the ONLY issue is that it was just smaller for my liking.
