The Hotel was awesome , it location is near the center of Rodos, few min from resturents,shopping,and night clubs. About food: Breakfest was good Launch was good also, but only in the resturents near the pool. The location was perfect- right next to the beach and 10 mins from the old town. Outstanding service and hospitality, in Mitsis you are feeling like a valued guest, rather then tourist. Even the old city is 10 min at taxi.

All is super clean. What made our stay at this hotel so pleasant and amazing is mostly the first class 5 stars STAFF and the Great Generosity of the hotel in every service, supplies and way. However, it was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked.

I think this is a lovely hotel, it could do with some improvements here and there but, as an overall experience, it is worry free and relaxing ! Food is absolutely amazing( fresh and lot to choose from). I felt extremely well looked after by the amazing, kind and helpful staff. We found that the bartenders and barmaids could have been a bit friendlier at times but some of them were amazing, Vasilis and Danae in particular who were always friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. There is a main restaurant that is open pretty much all the time ( apart from when they get ready for dinner) and a few other restaurants with different specialities. Kind regards, Me and my partner have just come back from.a visit to this hotel after reading a lot of reviews 2 years previous , I must say we was very much looking forward to our holiday , I'm not going to speak badly of any of the staff at the hotel they was very accommodating and helpful , but and there is a but we found our room was very dated and the rcd electrical box looked like it was unsafe or had been unsafe at some point where it overheated and burnt out inside in my opinion should of been covered but still exposed ( see picture attached )we also was greeted with a couple of cockroaches one in the bathroom and also one in the room , on top of that myself went down with food poisoning and my partner also went down with it the next day and being all inclusive the only place we. The room was big and comfturble,clean and had a good smell. It worth it to go there An incredible time and experience we had during our stay in Mitsis. This was a bit disappointing experience for us, Error: We spoke to other guests who had stayed in similar rooms and asked to be moved, however , we were there to shower and sleep so we didn't mind at all. The hotel seems very clean, The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful with a very beautiful view of the sea, the staff are nice and friendly, it has a variety of food that suits all cultures, especially the delicious Greek food. We arrived too early for the Room and we could check-in earlier than normally. The situation is ideal with a 15 minute walk to Rodos town. Booking.com. It has 405 luxurious guestrooms, most of which have a view to the sea and of which 6 are suites that stand out for their exceptional grace and comfort.
