I am 26 and I got my first tri top when i was 18. The material of it, how often you wear it, how long you wear it for, the climate youre living in, and how much you sweat all come into play. You can easily wash it in your washer and for me it personally does not shrink. Never put on a binder while you are wet from showering or sweating. Anyways, this is a great binder that is definitely worth your money! Again not too tight but not too loose.
