As we visited the Sri Chamundeshwari temple above we chose to go down 300 steps to get to this one and of course we had to go back but worth to see the magnificent cow sculpture which has been cleaned and looks much better. It is also well known for sandalwood and carved wood artifacts made in rosewood, sandalwood and teak. Don't waste time much in the beginning.
